Bio
Low Life Lolas are a Toronto indie rock band fronted by songwriter Ren Parr. Struggle, heartbreak, and queer love run through their songs, which move between driving, full-band sections and quieter, more intimate passages. Their new album, Cold Feet, arrives November 26, 2026.
The single “Yellow Kitchen,” out November 1, opens with a hard-hitting guitar part before pulling back into more restrained sections. For listeners drawn to Big Thief and Hop Along, it offers a familiar balance of guitar-heavy indie rock and personal songwriting.
Previous releases include the 2024 single “Easy Does It, Kid” and the EPs Better News, Anchors and Wolves.
